Mental Health Education & Welfare Support (Online)

Urban Rec and OTLR are hosting several free sessions throughout 2024 for all our staff and members to get behind our cause. Sometimes we don't know when our teammates are struggling. Sometimes the smallest things can help. 

This session covers the signs and symptoms of mental ill health, how to start the conversation and how to support an individual going through a mental health challenge.
